Terms of Service
Rules for using AudioPad to launch coins, connect wallets, and publish content.
Read these terms before launching a coin or publishing content through AudioPad.
Operator and scope
These Terms govern your use of AudioPad, including its website, launch form, and services that associate coin metadata with audio.
AudioPad provides an interface for preparing supported coin launches through Pump.fun. AudioPad is not a custodial wallet, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or guarantor of any launched coin.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service or accepting these Terms before a launch, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a launch.
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and use the service in accordance with the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the service are permitted where you are located.
Service and fees
AudioPad provides a coin-creation flow with an image, metadata, and audio. AudioPad currently charges no additional launch fee. This does not mean every transaction is free: Pump.fun, the Solana network, your wallet, RPC providers, storage providers, or other parties may charge their own fees.
Before signing, review the transaction instructions, network, wallet, any optional initial buy, and the costs shown by the app and your wallet. Estimates may change before a transaction is processed.
Wallets and blockchain transactions
You connect your own wallet and retain control of your private keys and recovery phrase. AudioPad does not ask for, receive, or store them. Never send them to AudioPad or anyone else.
You are responsible for reviewing each transaction in your wallet and deciding whether to sign it. A transaction sent to Solana may be final and irreversible. Network fees may still be charged when a transaction fails.
AudioPad may verify a transaction before displaying a launch. An RPC, wallet, network, Pump.fun, or other provider outage may delay verification without changing the on-chain result. Keep your transaction signature and do not sign again merely because the app still shows a pending status.
Coin and digital-asset risks
Crypto coins involve substantial risk. Prices and liquidity can change sharply, markets may become unavailable, and you may lose all value committed. AudioPad makes no promise about a coin’s value, performance, liquidity, holder count, security, or successful launch.
Information on AudioPad is provided to operate the service and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Do your own assessment and consult an appropriate professional when needed.
Your uploads and copyright
You retain the rights you hold in your content. By uploading or submitting content, you represent that you have the permissions needed to use it and make it publicly available with your coin.
You grant AudioPad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for as long as needed to operate the service. This license allows AudioPad to store, process, transcode, trim, copy, display, and distribute your content and coin metadata. AudioPad may grant limited sublicenses to infrastructure providers that perform those functions.
Do not upload music, recordings, images, brands, personal data, or other material that infringes copyright, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Downloading material from a website does not by itself give you permission to republish it.
Prohibited use
You may not use AudioPad to break the law or violate another person’s rights, distribute malware or harmful content, deceive users, disrupt the service, evade security controls, submit data you are not authorized to use, or engage in activity prohibited by network rules or third-party services.
You are responsible for the coin name, ticker, description, social links, image, audio, launch choices, and transactions you submit.
Public content, IPFS, and removal
Metadata, images, and audio published for a launch may be available to anyone through IPFS, public gateways, AudioPad, and third-party services. Transaction information submitted to a blockchain may also be public.
Where possible, AudioPad may stop pinning or hide content on systems it controls, for example to address a rights or security concern. AudioPad cannot guarantee removal of copies from a blockchain, other IPFS nodes, gateways, caches, or people who have already downloaded the content.
Third-party services and availability
Wallets, Solana, Pump.fun, RPC, storage, IPFS gateways, and market-data providers have their own systems, terms, fees, and privacy policies. AudioPad does not control those services. Your use of them is also subject to their terms.
AudioPad may change, become unavailable, limit features, or suspend access for maintenance, security, compliance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, AudioPad is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, price changes, loss of wallet access, network failures, third-party acts, or user-published content. Any applicable liability limit must be determined by the operator and reviewed by qualified counsel before these Terms take effect.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims arising from content you upload or your breach of these Terms.
Changes and contact
AudioPad may update these Terms and publish a new effective date. Material changes will be described reasonably. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
